When you submit your details through Accident Legal Helpline, you consent to be contacted about your request by Accident Legal Helpline, Spear Leads, and relevant independent attorneys, law firms, legal intake providers, affiliates, agents, or related service partners.
How We and Partners May Contact You
If you provide contact details, we or relevant partners may contact you using the channels you submit or make available, including phone, SMS, email, voicemail, and similar electronic channels. Contact may relate to your submitted accident, injury, case review, legal help, or related service request.
No Obligation to Proceed
Submitting your details does not require you to proceed with any partner, consultation, engagement, offer, appointment, representation, or service. Any decision to continue is yours.
Partner Responsibility
Partners are responsible for their own compliance obligations, privacy handling, contact practices, intake criteria, legal analysis, advice, representation decisions, fees, and services. Accident Legal Helpline does not decide whether any attorney or law firm will accept your matter.
How to Opt Out
You can ask us or a partner to stop contacting you through a particular channel by:
- Using any unsubscribe link included in an email
- Replying STOP to SMS messages where that option is available
- Telling the caller during a phone call
- Asking to be placed on a Do Not Call list
- Emailing help@accidentlegalhelpline.com
If a partner contacts you directly, you may also need to opt out with that partner because they control their own communication systems.
